本文件中所稱之「可奇」或「場館」，均係指 可奇運動器材有限公司（Klutch Sporting Equipment Limited）。
「LE KLUTCH」為本公司之註冊品牌名稱，適用於本場所營運之所有活動與課程。

In this document, the terms “LE KLUTCH,” “the Facility” refer to Klutch Sporting Equipment Limited (可奇運動器材有限公司).
“LE KLUTCH” is the Company’s registered brand name used for all on-site activities and lessons.
To ensure your safety and clarify responsibilities while using our facilities or participating in any activities, please read the following terms carefully:

1. 風險知情與承擔
我了解並同意，參與由可奇經營之室內網球場地活動或教學課程，可能涉及一定風險，包括但不限於拉傷、跌倒或其他身體不適。我已充分知悉相關資訊，並同意在遵守教練指導與場館規範的前提下，自行承擔活動中發生之風險。
2. 責任範圍說明
我同意不就任何因個人疏忽、健康因素、未遵守規範或未經預約使用場地而引發之意外事件，向可奇及其工作人員主張損害賠償。雖然可奇將依一般營運標準定期維護場地設施，但我理解場地使用仍具一定風險，須自行留意。
3. 教練課程與外聘教練聲明
本人了解，參與教練課程須評估自身健康狀況，並自負相關風險。如所參與課程為本人自聘教練提供，且非由可奇安排，可奇僅提供場地，對該教練之教學內容或行為不負任何責任。
4. 賠償責任
本人同意，若因本人在場館內之行為或疏忽導致任何人身傷害、財物損失或設施損壞（如地板、球網、照明等），願負全額賠償責任，並承擔相關修復或更換費用（含法律費用）。
5. 醫療處理
若於活動中發生突發傷害或身體不適，本人授權可奇或其工作人員協助聯絡急救與就醫，並理解所有醫療費用將由本人全額負擔。
6. 預約與遲到政策
我了解，所有球道使用須提前預約。如有遲到情況，可奇有權不予補時並保留將場地釋出予下一位預約者之權利。未經預約私自進入球道造成任何事故，概由本人自行承擔責任。
7. 球道使用規範
本人同意遵守球道使用規範，包括但不限於服裝鞋底要求、禁止飲食、使用時間與設備操作限制。如違規導致自身或他人受傷或設備損壞，本人願自負責任。可奇有權終止其使用權並不負賠償義務。
8. 未成年人使用聲明
如使用者為未滿 18 歲之孩童，其法定監護人應全程陪同監督。若孩童在無人陪同或管理不當之情況下使用球道或設施而發生事故，責任由監護人全權負擔，可奇概不負責。
9. 可分割性
若本協議任一條款被視為無效，其他條款仍繼續有效。

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand and agree that participation in any activities or lessons held by LE KLUTCH involves certain risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, or other physical discomfort. I acknowledge these risks and agree to bear them voluntarily under the condition of following coaching instructions and facility safety regulations.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I agree not to hold LE KLUTCH or its staff liable for any accidents arising from my personal negligence, physical condition, or failure to comply with regulations. While LE KLUTCH maintains facility equipment in accordance with general industry standards, I acknowledge that risks remain and I am responsible for my own safety.
3. Coaching Lessons and External Instructors
I understand that it is my responsibility to assess my health condition before joining any lesson. If I choose to receive instruction from a third-party coach not arranged by LE KLUTCH, I acknowledge that LE KLUTCH is not responsible for the content, conduct, or outcome of such instruction, and only serves as a facility provider.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless LE KLUTCH and its staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from my actions or negligence during use of the Facility. I also agree to fully compensate for any damage I cause to the Facility, equipment, or property (e.g., flooring, nets, lighting, etc.).
5. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize LE KLUTCH and its staff to assist in seeking emergency medical treatment. I agree that any related medical costs will be my sole responsibility.
6. Reservation & Tardiness Policy
I understand that court use is by reservation only. In the event of tardiness, LE KLUTCH may shorten my session without compensation and release the court to the next user. I accept full responsibility for any incidents arising from unauthorized court entry without a reservation.
7. Court Use Regulations
I agree to follow the facility’s posted court use regulations, including but not limited to: proper footwear, no food or drinks on the court, use within reserved time slots, and restrictions on equipment operation. I accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or interference caused by violation of these rules. LE KLUTCH reserves the right to revoke my access and is not liable for any resulting claims.
8. Minor Use & Supervision
If the participant is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany and supervise at all times. LE KLUTCH is not liable for any injury or incident involving minors who enter or use the courts without proper supervision.
9. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
